Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship styles have an estimated delivery window of either 3–7 days or 7–14 days, depending on the collection and product. Please check the product page and collection delivery label before ordering.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order styles have an estimated 14–28 day delivery window. The product page remains the source of truth for the purchase option and any item-specific information.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: £5.99. Standard delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. Express Delivery: £12.99.

The available delivery methods and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

European Union Delivery

For the EU destinations available at checkout, delivery is £29.99. Standard shipping is free on orders of £800 or more.

Shipping rules are set in GBP. Where Shopify presents a local-currency equivalent at checkout, the checkout amount is the final displayed charge for that destination.

Made-to-Order Gowns

Production time for made-to-order garments is typically 8–14 weeks, depending on the design and fabric selected. You will be kept informed throughout the production process.

UK delivery is included only where this is expressly stated on the product page or order confirmation. Otherwise, the delivery rates above apply.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Timelines for fully bespoke pieces are agreed at the time of consultation. Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks. We recommend booking a private fitting appointment to discuss your timeline in detail.

Alterations & Tailoring

Turnaround for alterations depends on the garment and complexity of the work. The expected completion time is confirmed after assessment. Collection from our Northampton boutique is available by arrangement.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. Vellure Couture cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
