At Vellure Couture, we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £9.99
- International Delivery: 7–14 working days — from £15.99
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-Order Gowns
Production time for made-to-order garments is typically 8–14 weeks, depending on the design and fabric selected. You will be kept informed throughout the production process.
UK delivery is included. International shipping charges apply and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Timelines for fully bespoke pieces are agreed at the time of consultation. Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks. We recommend booking a private fitting appointment to discuss your timeline in detail.
Alterations & Tailoring
Turnaround for alterations is typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Collection from our Northampton boutique is available by appointment.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. Vellure Couture cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
