1. ELIGIBILITY By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on screen settings and device displays. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify specifications or limit quantities at any time without notice.

3. BESPOKE AND MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS Vellure Couture specialises in bespoke, couture and made-to-measure garments. For custom-made products: measurements supplied by customers must be accurate; fittings may be required where applicable; production will begin only after confirmation and any required deposit payment. If a customer cancels after materials have been ordered or production has started, Vellure Couture may retain an amount that reasonably reflects costs already incurred and direct losses caused by the cancellation. Any amount exceeding those reasonable costs and direct losses will be refunded. Bespoke, made-to-measure and customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons where permitted by law. These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

4. ORDERS All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Customers should carefully review all order details before submitting an order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees or other charges imposed by their country. Payment must be received before products are dispatched or production begins.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and ownership passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible standard ready-to-ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with that policy. Bespoke garments, made-to-measure garments, custom wedding dresses, custom suits, altered garments, tailoring services and personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including logos, images, product photographs, designs, text, graphics and branding, is the property of Vellure Couture and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party websites.

10. PRIVACY Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellure Couture shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or delays beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

12. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellure Couture from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
