Ready-to-Ship Items
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days — Free on all orders over £100
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £9.99
- International Delivery: 7–14 working days — from £15.99
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
Made-to-Order Gowns Production time is typically 8–14 weeks depending on the design and fabric. You will be kept informed throughout the process. Delivery is included in the UK; international shipping charges apply.
Bespoke & Custom Orders Timelines are agreed at the time of consultation. Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks for fully bespoke pieces. We recommend booking a private fitting appointment to discuss your timeline.
Alterations & Tailoring Turnaround for alterations is typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Collection from our Northampton boutique is available by appointment.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
